MSL provides research and information services for the Construction and Engineering industries.

David Chelmick is the director of MSL. David is a chartered quantity surveyor who was for many years director of dispute management at a large QS Consultancy.

David now structures training courses and gives lectures on commercial and contract management to contractors and consultant practices.

David spent many years witnessing projects and companies that failed and saw how only lawyers and experts benefited, the aim of the MSL training courses is to help companies save themselves from this fate.
